This seminar is an introduction into the lucrative world of commercial building inspections. It is a natural progression for home inspectors to get into commercial inspections, but often also intimidating.The seminar will cover more of the business side of commercial inspections, rather than the technical side.
Concepts such as the reasons why commercial clients require inspections, working with a TEAM of specialists, how the scope of work is different, providing cost estimates in your report, how to quote fees and writing proposals will be covered.
This presentation will provide a good foundation to build on, in a home inspectors’ evolution into commercial property condition assessments.
